How we got here:
Following Central 1's decision to wind down its digital banking business, participating credit unions formed the National Digital Banking Working Group (NDBWG) to evaluate alternatives and identify a path forward.
The outcome:
- Vendor selected: Intellect Digital Engagement Platform (DEP)
- Contract negotiated collectively
- Migration plan developed
What's next:
NCL is now leading the implementation phase, including:
- Pilot and Factory Pilot programs
- Migration tools and resources
- Training and support
- Implementation program management for participating credit unions
